1. Accepting these Terms
By creating an account or using the LuvAgain apps, website or related services (the Services), you agree to these Terms. In these Terms, "LuvAgain", "we" and "us" refer to the company that operates the Services. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
If you use the Services as a therapist or host, the additional terms in the section "Hosting Circles" also apply to you.
2. Who can use LuvAgain
To use the Services you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- be legally able to enter into a binding contract;
- not have been convicted of, or be subject to any court order relating to, a violent or sexual offence;
- not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law, and not have been previously removed from the Services by us; and
- have only one account.
3. Your account
You agree to give accurate, current information when you create your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact us straight away.
We may ask you to verify your phone number, email address or identity at any time to help keep the community safe.
4. Wellbeing support, not medical care
LuvAgain is designed to support emotional recovery after a relationship ends. Features such as the Readiness Quiz, the Healing Tracker, Soulprint™ scores and Community Groups are for general wellbeing and personal reflection. They are not medical or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Circles are group sessions led by independent professionals. They are psychoeducational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for individual therapy, medical care or crisis services.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency number (such as 911, 999 or 112) or a crisis line in your country immediately. Do not rely on the Services in an emergency.
5. Your safety
LuvAgain verifies the professional credentials of Circle hosts, but we do not conduct criminal background checks on members and we cannot guarantee anyone's identity or intentions. You are responsible for your interactions with other members, both online and in person.
Please take sensible precautions: get to know someone in the app first, meet in a public place, tell a friend where you are going, and never send money or financial information to someone you met on the Services. Safety tools such as date check-ins are there to help, but they do not guarantee your safety.
If something feels wrong, block and report the person in the app. If you are in danger, contact the police.
6. Circles for members
- Circles are hosted by independent, vetted professionals. The host, not LuvAgain, is responsible for the professional content of the session.
- Each Circle has a limited number of seats (up to 20). If a Circle is full you may join its waitlist, and you will be offered a seat automatically if one becomes available.
- Before joining a session you will be asked to accept the session's participation terms, including keeping what other participants share confidential.
- You may not record, screenshot, stream or share any part of a Circle session.
- Hosts and LuvAgain may remove participants who break these Terms or the Community Guidelines. We may end a session early if we believe someone's safety is at risk.
- Circle bookings may be paid with Elite credits or as a single purchase. Refund eligibility, if any, is shown at the time of booking and, for app store purchases, is also subject to the store's refund policies.
7. Hosting Circles
If you apply to host Circles, you confirm that:
- you hold a current, valid licence or certification to practise in your jurisdiction, and all information you give us about your qualifications is true;
- you will keep your licence and professional insurance active, and tell us straight away if either lapses, is restricted or is under investigation;
- you consent to us verifying your licence, insurance and background, both when you apply and periodically after that;
- you will follow the professional and ethical standards that apply to you, including rules on confidentiality, scope of practice and duty to warn; and
- you are an independent professional and not an employee, agent or partner of LuvAgain.
You set the topic, schedule and seat price of your Circles, within limits we may set. We collect payments from members and pay you your share after deducting our platform fee, in line with the payout schedule and fee shown to you during onboarding. You are responsible for your own taxes.
We may pause or remove your Circles or your host status if you breach these Terms, if your credentials cannot be verified, or if we receive credible safety concerns.
8. Subscriptions and purchases
LuvAgain is free to use, with optional paid plans (such as Plus and Elite) that unlock extra features. Plan features and prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling. You can cancel any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription by itself.
- Free trials. If you start a free trial, your subscription will begin and you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Credits and rewards. Elite credits, referral rewards and similar benefits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may expire as described in the app.
- Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
- Price changes. If we change the price of your subscription, we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
9. Referral programme
From time to time we may run referral campaigns that reward you when people you invite join and meet the qualifying conditions shown in the app. Rewards are only issued for genuine new members. We may withhold or reverse rewards, or end your participation, if we detect self-referrals, fake accounts or other abuse. We may change or end a referral campaign at any time.
10. Your content
You own the photos, text, voice notes and other content you post (your Content). By posting Content, you give LuvAgain a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, translate (if you use translation) and distribute it, only as needed to operate, improve and promote the Services. This licence ends when you delete the Content or your account, except for Content others have already received, such as messages.
You are responsible for your Content and confirm that you have the right to post it. We may remove any Content that breaks these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
One-time-view media is designed to disappear after it is opened, but we cannot stop someone from capturing it with another device. Only share what you are comfortable sharing.
11. Rules of conduct
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. In particular, you must not:
- harass, threaten, bully, stalk or discriminate against anyone;
- post sexually explicit content, or send sexual content to anyone who has not clearly asked for it;
- impersonate anyone, use someone else's photos, or misrepresent your age, identity or relationship status;
- ask other members for money, or use the Services for commercial solicitation, advertising, scams or sex work;
- record or share Circle sessions, calls or private messages without everyone's consent;
- use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Services, or interfere with their security or operation; or
- use the Services for anything illegal.
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.
We may warn you, remove content, limit features, or suspend or permanently ban your account if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms or the Community Guidelines, created risk or legal exposure for us or other members, or if we are required to by law. Where appropriate we will tell you why and give you a way to appeal. If we terminate your account for a serious breach, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unused subscription period, except where the law requires it.
13. Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party services, such as app stores, video conferencing and translation providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
14. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuvAgain does not make any warranties, express or implied, including that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that you will find a match, or that any member or host is who they say they are. Compatibility scores are estimates, not guarantees.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuvAgain and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or your interactions with other members or hosts.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or USD $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold LuvAgain harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your conduct towards other members or hosts, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LuvAgain is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction. This does not take away any right you have under the law of the country where you live to bring proceedings there.
Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us through Settings › Help Center in the app so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Services after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
